   I recently visited Broski's/Clevedon vape store and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff was fantastic—super friendly and knowledgeable. They provided excellent guidance, especially for someone like me who is a first-time user. I appreciated their patience in helping me choose the right liquids and pods for my needs. My first vaporesso appeared to be making a strange noise (i didnt realise until my partner got his going & i had something to compare it too, but the staff swapped it straight away for a new one!) The range of products available is impressive! I’ll definitely be visiting regularly to stock up on my favorites. Highly recommend Vaporesso xros 4 & Broski's/Clevedon vape for anyone looking to get started!

   I bought an expensive vape and all the bits n bobs to get started 2 weeks ago and returned this week to get a different but also top notch back up vape kit with all the bells n whistles , both assistants who served me helped with the choice and advice I needed to make the right decision . Unfortunately, being in my 60’s and a confirmed technophobe I wasn’t able to correctly follow the optimum set up and wasnt getting the best out of either vape . Today ( Fri 19th Jan 24 ) I took both back to shop to ask for help and the young lady working there couldn’t have been more welcoming and understanding and in short order I was leaving the shop , with no extra charge and 2 top of the range vapes working to my exact specifications. I can’t thank the Vape shop staff in Clevedon enough and thoroughly recommend them and will now go to them for all and any vape needs going forward Jay

   Well how to start this today I went to clevedon vape and honestly was the best ever visit, I’m autistic and had a lot of anxiety about this visit but needed a vape asap, the guy was amazing so helpful, I asked if he could set it up for me and he was more than happy to help even mixed my juice with the nicotine without me asking, he showed me which vapes were the best and what type of nicotine to use, he explained everything down to a T, I’m really thankful to him and the shop, I came home very happy because of them, I would recommend this shop to anyone, very impressed and of course will be visiting again with no doubt about that, I really struggle with shops and people because of my autism but I would definitely say this shop is a autism friendly shop and that’s quite amazing really because a lot of shops are not! Also very easy to find right on the main road just can’t miss it, So once again thankyou for all your help, Ryan Date of visit 15/9/23

   I always try and support local businesses where I can. On two occasions I have walked here during opening hours to find the door locked. Clearly the shop is open, lights on and open sign above the door is lit up, but no one is home and no note has been left on the door. Unfortunately, to avoid further disappointment, I'll order my products online elsewhere in future.

   Lots of different flavours. Friendly staff. You must try their own brand of juice. “Broskis reserva”. Really really nice. Only £15 for 100ml. Couldn’t believe the quality. Also have a good range of top quality nicotine salts.

I came here wanting to start vaping and left happy with my purchases; I felt like the ball was in my court and there was no pressure to purchase if I wasn't happy. Would recommend to anyone novices and veterans alike. Keep up the great service.
