   Great escape rooms! Loads of locks, clever tells to figuring things out. We didn't need any clues from the team to solve the room and escape, however we did manage to "skip" a lock and still managed to escape expecting to find something at the end to find the last lock but it took us just under 45 minutes so perfect for an escape room. Staff were great and the explanation at the beginning was very informative and not too long!

   It has been an absolute pleasure to come to this venue. We come for my friends birthday and done and escape room and lazer tag. The escape room was perfect I couldn’t fault anything (which is the first escape room I’ve been to that has run smoothly). We were served my Charlotte and Jamie, both an absolute ray of sunshine and really made our visit. They went above and beyond and were absolutely hilarious which is surprising coming from someone that isn’t a people person. Would come back again and again.

   We had very good welcoming and the staff were super accommodating. We were a bit late. Being 1st time to such an event, we found the escape room challenging, hence why we needed a lot of guidance which was timely provided on each occasion. The visit was well worth it and will be looking forward to doing it again in the near future. Special Thanks to Jamie and the team. Well done!

   Me and my family had a brilliant time completing the Bunker 38 escape room with Clue HQ Bristol! It was very fun and full of puzzles and clever clues. Our games master was Jamie, and he was an absolute legend!! He made sure we were all happy playing and helped us along the way when we needed! I would definitely recommend experiencing an escape room with Clue HQ.

   Honestly not a great experience from clue HQ. Completed games with the company back in Clue HQ - Hook (Surrey) and in comparison to their provided experience, this was disappointing. The room itself was high quality but the games master was rude. We weren't able to complete the room in the time frame, which was one of those you win some, you lose some but the attitude response from Matt, was not respected. It was very sarcastic, and latched onto pointing out 'she didn't enjoy it'. The room we did was very vague at times and had a low success rate which we understood and didn't have an issue with not completing in the time and can cope with hurt pride. Not for someone to "oh it helps if you unlock it first" kind of attitude. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. There was another member of staff on the reception desk who was lovely and explained who was waiting for and then it was lovely of him to open the door for us as we left.

   Brillant time!! Family friendly. Really lovely staff -super helpful, friendly and very passionate about their business. The concept was good and well thought out. Plenty of variety to keep you thinking. Great for all ages!!! Will definitely be going back to try another room.

   arrived at 8pm on Sunday and the team were awaiting our arrival, we got up to the escape room straight away. We were a group of four doing the egyptian escape room. Great little video to give you a back story before we went in and got straight to it. I've done some escape rooms before which haven't been too challenging but this one was quite a lot more challenging and made it super fun.

   Our team had the pleasure of trialing out one of the new Clue HQ escape rooms based at Laser Fusion last week. It was a total blast, friendly people and a great design. We totally recommend it as a fun team building challenge!
