Within 1 hour of reporting the accident to our insurance company, Vision Vehicle Solutions were contacting me to arrange a hire car and collection of our car. Extremely efficient so far, very pleasant on the phone and delivery driver. Back on the road so soon. Great Service.
Excellent service, the process was made so easy by the Vision team who handled my claim quickly and efficiently. Recovery company used were really good too. Would highly recommend.
What an amazing company. I am fortunate that this is only my 2nd claim in 35 years, both non fault. My first experience years ago was horrendous, despite being a no fault claim. A trauma I remember well!!! Having been the victim of a hit and run driver this week i was absolutely dreading having to go through the process but from first contact with Vision I have been so impressed with their team!!! They are friendly, empathetic and care about getting the right outcome. Within a day a replacement like for like courtesy car was delivered, Jeff was great and had driven most of the day to deliver it. What a company, whoever had the vision , courage and strength to start this company should feel incredibly proud and on behalf of all the unfortunate people needing to claim, THANK YOU!!!!
My overall experience dealing with Vision has been poor , I have had to constantly supply information, V5 , MOT, proof of address and at one point asked to get my driving license details from the DVL website? Why I have to submit a debit card too ? The fact is I’m the person not at fault and I feel as if I’m the one being investigated? Plus the vehicle I was given in replacement, scuffs and dents all over , wheels scuffed and the interior all stained , plus it wasn’t washed on arrival too ? The only decent part of dealing with Vision was the delivery driver , at least he showed a bit of respect and dignity and showed a bit of common courtesy , never have I had to prove so much and provide so much ? I’m me T to be a platinum member of my insurance company, it’s been a poor experience and I won’t recommend this company to any insurer or potential customers.
Vision took over 4 months to organize for our car to be fixed. Several months after the case was closed we were sent up a bill for nearly £700, out of the blue, having been previously assured that we had nothing to pay them. The insurance supplied with Vision's cars is minimal- and does not cover wheels or windscreens. The things most likely to be damaged. Had Vision not been so slow in repairing our car we would have been driving our own car which would have been fully insured. Very poor communication throughout, terrible customer services. I would not recommend their services.
My insurance referred me to vision I was given a hire car very quickly however it took them over 3 months to even look at my car and then almost 6 months to get it booked it to be fixed. I have been without my car for 6 months now and vision just keep saying it’s the other persons insurance that taking so long but “they are chasing it”. I’m having to ring them on a weekly basis to get any update on my car. Still waiting for it to be fixed, this is ridiculous. AVOID
Wouldn't allow zero stars!!! Worlds worst company EVER!! .... won't supply like for like car. We have a 7 seater car and got a Kia ceed that hasn't got 3 full seats in the rear. Communication is absolutely appalling! We are repeatedly ringing and getting either fobbed off or no answer.
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with , its a shame I can't go any lower woth one star because you not even worth this grade. Customer service is absolutely shocking, I stayed on the phone for hours nobody bothered to answer or contact me . 2 days later I'm still trying to get in touch with you my car still on my drive and courtesy car hasn't been provided. Shame on you you , I hope people will read it and avoid this company because you not worth anyone's time or attention.
