    I just called to get a quote for a vehicle and was greeted by a chap who first said he cant deal with it as they don't do business quotes. When I said that I have used them in the past, he somehow managed to get a quote. The whole process was like he wasn't bothered and after a few random questions came up with a random quote. There was no effort made to try and work around the quote to try and improve it like they used to in the past. Awful.
