   I went and spoke to Richard over two weeks ago .I gave him all the details regarding a qoute for commercial property. I gave him all the details and there has been no correspondence or a phone call whatsoever. If this is the service they provide .Then what sort of after sales service would they provide if there is a claim? Even 4 weeks after posting this review they don't have any manners to respond to my review.

Had mega problems with my new mobility scooter which is insured with Brunel and since I haven't had its use Brunel made it So Easy for me to get to varied places by arranging Taxis to take me to my meetings, socialising, shopping and appointments... Many Heart Felt Thanks for getting me out and about... So Pleased This Firm Insures me for my scooter as They Rock in My Books lol
