I clearly told them that I do not want to apply it, but they keep harassing me with pushy sales tactics. They completely ignore my wishes, which is both frustrating and unprofessional. Be careful this company!
I have been with them pain insurance for more than 10 years and I had a minor accident last year and they told me my insurance renewal was rejected because a person has claimed injury without any evidence I will not close the case they didn’t even told me same one had claimed insurance they said they just paid them it seems suspicious
Disgusting customer service, they continue to harass despite being told on multiple occasions I have sorted my life insurance. Received yet another call this morning, when informing the caller it had been sorted but I couldn’t remember the finer detail, I was met with a passive aggressive, patronising tone and response, he then hung up immediately. Clearly all about sales and would 100% NOT be recommending this business, I will be ensuring I advise others to not contact.
I cancelled a policy and when they rang to discuss it, they were very passive aggressive. Clearly just about sales, no customer care at all. I think their clients (Vitality) should be aware as they were much better about me moving.
My initial experience started off well. But as soon as I had other quotes I had experienced very hard sales tactics. I tried to explain to the person I was at a pharmacy trying to get my wife's prescription and then straight to a school run but he would not get off the phone. That completely put me off as he had no value for my personal circumstances. My advise is to listen to what your potential customers want and be more courteous towards them. Because of this I ended up going to another provider who were only interested in what works best for me.

I had James Brown as my contact and he was really professional and patient, made me feel comfortable and got me the best deal he could with my budget. I've recommended a few other people to give it a go hopefully they all get to speak to James as he seemed like a genuinely top bloke!

Fantastic company, I've never had life insurance before or knew what was for, I was recommended to get it at a younger age by two colleagues at work and I thought I better take the leap of faith into securing the future for a partner if I find one and my family if I sadly passed over. I spoke to Jordan C. and he helped explain everything and how much average (estimations) I would need to cover each section and really helped me out. The phone did cut off a few times but he phoned me back and sorted me out with Legal & General and it was easy and enjoyable for something I hope doesn't happen to me but you can't live without something for your family. Thanks Protect Line and Jordan C. Highly recommend them.
