   Avoid Keith Michaels at all costs, utterly shambolic service. Zero communication, no follow-up, and a complete waste of time. I dealt with someone called Patrick who repeatedly promised to call back with a quote that would “save me a lot” on my current policy. After being let down three times on promised call-backs I ended up having to call him again 3 further times over three separate days and still never got the promised quotation. If they couldn’t beat my current bokers quote or didn’t want the business, a simple honest answer would have sufficed. Instead, they strung me along clearly knowing my current policy was about to expire. Absolutely unprofessional. If this is how they handle potential customers, imagine how dreadful it would be to deal with them if you had a claim. A total disgrace of a company. Steer well clear. EDIT AFTER BELOW REPLY- I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY QUOTATION & I WAS NEVER INFORMED THAT THE INSURER DECLINED TO QUOTE. ADDITIONLY PATRICK WAS ABSOLUTLY NOT "under the impression" HE WOULD ONLY CALL ME BACK IF HE SUCCESSFUL IN OBTAINING A QUOTE THAT APPEARS TO BE A FABRICATION.

   Been with these since 2021. Had no issues, recently I have been off work with an injury. Now back in work. I missed my last payment and have had my insurance due to be cancelled. Rang up to say I can pay it next week on payday, explained about my injury and finical hardship which I told them previously about. The reply I got was they can’t do anything to help, That’s was follow then by the female Member of staff laughing and sniggering over the phone. When I said I expected more help for a long serving customer. I asked to be put through to a manager. To which I got the most sarcastic okay. Started talking to the manager and can hear the remeber of staff actively talking and replying to what I’m saying. Customer service level was absolutely shocking and then to have the member of staff you are raising complaints too still listening in on the conversation. Crack on and cancel my insurance. Never had such a rude experience

   Amazing company to use for modified car insurance. Never had any issues with them, all nice and friendly people to talk to. Always happy to help with any adjustments needed with my car insurance, i.e change of car or address. All done with no stress. So if you’re looking for great friendly affordable car insurance then I would highly recommend using these guys. 10/10

   I’ve been with Keith Michaels for about 8 years now across multiple cars and I have always been looked after by Gary Moulson. Gary has always been on hand with any questions or queries I’ve had. I did have someone drive into me back in 2023, and Gary helped me through the whole process and everything was simple and smooth. I cannot recommend any insurance company more than I can Keith Michaels. Fantastic insurance prices with the best cover!!

   I have been looked after by Gary Moulson at Keith Michaels for well over a decade now, and I have unfortunately needed to use their services on two occasions when I have been driven into. My advice to anyone looking to insure a high performance car is that you ensure you have good cover adequate for your needs and not necessarily the lowest quote you can find through an online search.

   A really honest and customer-focussed insurance broker. They tell you exactly why your premium is what it is and give you a fair price respective to other quotations I've received. Easy to speak to an actual human at the end of the phone and they work with you to get a decent quote. Why other insurers can't be the same I don't know!
