   Absolutely appalling experience with James Seals at Howden Insurance I rarely leave reviews, but after dealing with James Seals at Howden Insurance, I feel like I have to warn others. James is hands down one of the rudest, most condescending individuals I’ve ever encountered in any professional setting. His attitude toward customers is beyond disrespectful — he talks down to people, is dismissive of genuine concerns, and seems more interested in flexing his authority than actually helping. But it doesn’t stop there. The underlying racism and discriminatory energy I picked up on was genuinely disturbing. There’s a real sense of favouritism going on — especially when it comes to one assistant manager megan who is clearly given special treatment (found out later that’s his girlfriend, which explains the nepotism). How this is even allowed in a corporate setting is beyond me. James lacks basic people skills, constantly makes snide remarks, and seems completely unfit for a managerial position. It’s shocking someone like this is allowed to represent a company. If this is the type of leadership Howden supports, it speaks volumes about their internal culture. Absolutely awful. Would never recommend this place to anyone — not as a customer, and definitely not as someone looking for a fair and respectful environment.

   The operative who handled my new policy was not up to their usual standard. I was put on hold too often and I was not confident in his ability in what he was doing. Better when they were A-plan.

   In the past I've always used the comparison websites for my car insurance and home insurance. But since finding A Plan in Staines I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Not only have they been cheaper but the service has been fantastic. So much so, that I've recommended them to my family and friends. And now they all use them.
