   We had a commercial insurance policy with this company for 2–3 years. Unfortunately, when our shop experienced a fire, our claim was rejected by the insurance company, resulting in a loss of approximately £150,000. This was due to the negligence of Nilesh Somaiya. When providing the insurance quote, he did not consult us and incorrectly marked “Yes” for the EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) on the proposal form. While we did have an EICR, it was not sufficient to cover the claim, as the insurance company required a full report. Throughout the process, he failed to respond to our numerous calls. Each time we managed to reach him, he promised to return our call within 10 minutes, yet even after two days, there was no response. The level of service we received was extremely poor, and I would not recommend doing business with this company.

   I HAD TWO COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES COVERED BY THEM. HAD VERY COMPETITIVE QUOTES. THEY REALLY WENT OUT TO LOOK AFTER MY INTERESTS & MORE OVER WERE POLITE & HELPFUL. NO COMPLAINTS & WOULD USE THEM AGAIN & RECOMMEND IF I HAD TO.

   Did not met them, but my 2 star review score is because I called them three times for a car insurance: First time: asked my phone number and told me they will call me back (did not) Second time: called them again next morning. Told me call them after 11:00 Third time: Called them at 11:30, got my phone number and told me they will call back within half an hour (and did not after 6 hours). Do not pull your customers on.
