Excellent customer service and support for claims. We have home & buildings insurance with public liability and pet insurance with it too. Our puppy chewed up a friend's £900 hearing aid at his place. The two insurers both said the other should take the claim. If you haven't got a broker with expert knowledge (and direct lines to the right people at the insurers), like Lagrove, to fight your corner you are stuck. They got the claim paid for us. Buying insurance on the web is a mistake you won't know you've made until you try and get a claim through.
