Been going to this place for years, had a accident year's ago, gave him a ring and he sorted everything out, you don't have to deal with the insurance company directly, you pay a little bit more but that's why you have a broker so you don't have to deal with the big insurance company.

A very very poor service from Rude , Condescending Staff. Staff show now interest in helping and seem uninterested in their work. Manager is rude and very patronising. Glad i did not take out policies here and would recommend people take custom elsewhere.
