    I have used NFU Mutual for several years, for car and home policies, and while they may not match the cheapest providers on the market what you do get is personal service, really great insurance products, and a great response when the worst happens and you need to make a claim. They always do what they can to match or beat comparable insurance providers and reward loyalty with worthwhile discounts. Having used budget insurance providers in the past (with policies that weren't worth the paper they were printed on when I had to make a claim) I would never go back to them when covering the things that matter. very happy to recommend NFU Mutual.

Lauren is my point person and is always very efficient be it doing the annual review of our needs or most recently adding a temporary driver to our car insurance for a week.     Faultless service. In the past 3 years Max Tom and Jack have assisted us with insuring a car and motorcycle. Every query and request has been handled quickly and professionally. If one of them has been out of the office when we’re emailed a request one of the others has picked it up and got in touch. We’re relocating to France and recently needed a lot of information for french insurers not normally required in the UK. The Cobham office were incredibly helpful providing what we needed. If we return to the Uk NFU will be our first choice for insurance.

    Excellent customer service from Molly when I called today for a home contents insurance quote. Very pleasantly spoken, patient, straightforward, efficient. I got a quote within minutes and far better than my current policy, and my current broker gave terrible customer service. NFU website is clear and easy to use. The surveys giving NFU top customer service seem to be correct!
