    BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS: They retain your payment card details when taking out the policy and then auto renew the policy, deviously claiming the payment UP TO A WEEK BEFORE the policy expires. Read all the small print in the policy documentation as I had no idea that I had signed up to allow them to auto-renew before the policy had lapsed. I also never received any correspondence about the automatic renewal and the first I knew about it was when I saw the payment appearing on my bank statement in advance of the policy expiring. No refund was ever given when I complained and requested one.

    Absolutely do not use this company for insuring anything you care about. I’m am now in the process of instructing solicitors in order for me to get them to honour the insurance policy I have on my bicycle. I have, as requested, obtained repair quotes. I’m guessing they weren’t happy with the quotes and have insisted I send my bike to a repairer of their choice for another quote. It’s a £12k carbon bike. They have sent a cardboard box for transit and let me know that my policy won’t be valid whilst the bike is with the courier…..I.e they are insisting I send it uninsured….a carbon bicycle in a cardboard box!! This is beyond comical. They clearly appear to be a Scam company who will take your money and run. Be warned your policy will not be worth the paper it’s written on

    I put in a claim for the excess policy on car hire. The online form was relatively straightforward to fill in, but, most importantly, the claim was agreed within ten days and money was in my account the day after the agreement. I cannot be happier.

    Stay Away - Scammers Be very careful with Eversure. By default, they put you on auto-renew and will renew your policy without clearly notifying you. My policy was auto-renewed while I was away on holiday, and I didn’t notice the charge until I returned. It was just one day past the 14-day cooling-off period, yet they still refused to cancel the policy or refund my money, even though I haven’t used it at all. Their terms make it almost impossible to get your money back once renewal has taken place. Check everything before you sign up – I would strongly advise staying away from this company.

    Took their car hire insurance policy for years ...without logging a single claim. First claim I raised today, after hiring a car with a suspicious mexican car hire company called " emporio car rental". They made me pay excess for some damage on the car, and for a stolen spar wheel ( without forced entry). They rejected the spare wheel, due to lack of forced entry( probably the car rental stealing their own spare wheel ). They rejected the damage also, as they claim the amount under 200£ should not have been paid in cash. So I got myself a cover, that does not cover you at all

    Broken down today at 11:55, roadside came promptly and couldn’t fix it, I need a tow from London to Kettering. It’s now 4pm and they still can’t find someone to take me. Ridiculous, should have gone with the AA, avoid this company as they are reliant on third party to do pick up and tow.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND EUROPEAN BREAKDOWN POLICY. They left me a single woman stranded on a French motorway services with a flat tyre because I did not read their T's and C's on page 7. Any company that puts that on page 7 Does not want to pay for my claim of £119.79

    ZERO STARS. They’re fabricating views just to wash out the fact that they are scam artists I urge everyone to avoid them as you are paying for NOTHING. Money out of your pocket for them to claim you actually have no breakdown. I assure you we will be taking action!
