Complaint regarding proceedings I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the handling of my claim (Claim No. 5000194929 via eSure) following the damage to my vehicle caused by your policyholder on 08/08/2025. Happy to give you her details privately While Allianz has acknowledged liability for the accident and has arranged for given the go ahead for repairs to my vehicle, I have not received any acknowledgment of compensation for the significant inconvenience, disruption, and additional costs I have suffered as a direct result of their customer. Specifically, I have experienced significant delays in repair, lack of courtesy car, transparency on car I will be given, reliance on expensive alternative transport to collect replacement car, disruptions as a result of having to follow up with my insurance company Esure and other parties such as Enterprise and Garage who have each received a complaint based on their involvement. These issues have caused me personal distress that I believe Allianz should reasonably compensate, in line with your duty of care to third parties affected by your customerβs actions. I therefore request that Allianz reviews my case urgently and provides appropriate compensation for the inconvenience. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily within 14 days, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I trust Allianz values fairness and customer care, and I look forward to your prompt response. You thus far disregarded my attempts to open lines of communication.

0-Star Review: Avoid Allianz Insurance β Absolute Legal Scammers I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Allianz Insurance. In my experience, they are nothing more than legal scammers who take your money but refuse to take any responsibility when you need them the most. I purchased a comprehensive car insurance policy from Allianz, thinking I was protected in case something went wrong. Unfortunately, I was involved in a solo accident and my car was written off. At first, they accepted the claim. But then, out of nowhere, they voided my policy and refused to deal with the claim at all. Their reason? They claimed my car had a front body kit and tinted windows β both of which are purely cosmetic and have nothing to do with the carβs performance or safety. These were on the car when I bought it from a private seller. I had no idea these were considered modifications, and Allianz never asked about any of this when I bought the policy. They didnβt request any photos or ask any questions that would have brought it up. Itβs painfully obvious they were just looking for a weak excuse to avoid paying out, and once I made a claim, they did everything they could to run away from their obligations. Their complaint handling process was just as bad β they dismissed my case immediately, without any proper investigation or fairness. Now Iβm left with the financial burden of third-party damage, recovery fees, and no car β which could cost me my job β all because Allianz chose profit over doing the right thing. They are absolutely disgraceful, dishonest, and completely unreliable. Allianz Insurance should be avoided at all costs.

Horrible staff working. I paid Β£2100 for my car insurance. I informed then for accident which boht cars and drivers was OK. Nothing happened. I didn't claim. But Allianz claim team contact to third party and asking for make a claim. Which so annoying act from Allianz. Not recommend at all for car insurance. When I try to find out when claim happend they don't have any information but it's badly effect on my insurance.

I have insured my car with this for a year, this month the contract will expire, and I have no problem, not even a small accident. I used to pay 1454 pounds for a year of subscription. Now send me Kai to renew the contract for 1830. I recommend it

They're getting rid of all staff. Would've rated them higher if they hadn't made so many redundant. Their tech is very, very old and their system teams are old fashioned and slow to change, if at all. Some people were nice but they've pretty my all been laid off now
