They reimbursed me only 50% of the cost of Cruise Insurance after I repeatedly called telling them that I no longer needed it. All the operators made me call other numbers.
I didn’t need the policy in the end, however the agent was super efficient and customer experience very good. Returned following day with additional information. If you need a specific high risk insurance I recommend this company.

Have used Voyager Travel Insurance for years as sold via my broker. Looks great on paper ... until I needed to claim. They use a company called Claims Settlement Agencies Ltd to handle claims .. their service is abysmal! Claim submitted over a month ago. Told not to even contact them for at least 31 days! Impossible to get through on the phone.

Abysmal service. Unfortunately had to make a claim following a ski accident. I should have taken the warning signs then when they couldn't even find my policy and kept telling me to phone the broke.The broker is actually based in Cardiff, the claims assessors in Surrey. I was standing on the side of a mountain trying to make calls to Cardiff for god's sake. When they got back to me, they literally paid a quarter of the (small) claim and charged me the excess twice. I paid for silver service and got utter rubbish. I do not recommend this company for a ski holiday - for such a serious, high risk sport, the policy has turned out to be worthless. Heed my advice.
