   Millingtons travel sadly use this company to recommend travel insurance. DO NOT USE THEM. Ours was a straightforward case of a delayed return due to an emergency landing in France due to a child having fits onboard. It meant that our prepaid parking didn't cover the time our car spent in the car park. We had to pay an extra £64. This was July. It's now November and Journeys have not responded to either emails or phone calls. COWBOYS!

   I would give zero stars but I can't! They may be cheap but there is a reason for that! This is the answer I received: We will not refund because.....'Section 2: Cancellation.' This states 'What is not covered...Any claim as a result of the failure in provision of any service connected with Your trip including error,omission,financial failure,or default of, or by the provider of any service,travel agent,tour operator or organiser through whom the trip was booked.' SO EVERYTHING! SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF PAYING THEM?? What a con! Forgot to mention they only replied because I chased them for two months, pay more and get a proper service.
