I purchased a Smart Watch on Amazon along with 2 year wearable tech gadget insurance. There was no policy sent, or contact made, or confirmation from Protect your bubble that they had received my order through Amazon. (It was sold by London General Insurance Company Ltd who have appalling reviews on google) I never used the watch and when I got around to testing it (18 months later) it didn't work. It was in perfect condition with box. I went to PYB website to claim (as instructed) When you click the register button the requested details are: DOB EMAIL Once completed there is only a "Find Policy" button which returns the message: "The information you entered doesn’t match our records. Please try again." SURELY IT SHOULD BE A REGISTER BUTTON? (FACEPALM...) Why not request email (or name and email) with a confirmation email to complete registration (like 99% of sites on the planet). Once done, the customer could send in the purchase details + evidence and PYB could deal with the claim (and have them on their mailing list!) As I can't register, it's impossible to log in. I then tried to contact them... 1) You can't send in a contact form unless you have a policy number (FACEPALM...) 2) You can't use special characters in the message field (like 99% of other contact forms. In fact they must have specifically coded this...WHY?) 3) You can't upload attachments meaning that even if you did manage to send a contact form you would have to wait for an email response to be able to send back any evidence (TRIPLE FACEPALM...) Fortunately Amazon offered to refunded the watch. I told them that I would rather receive a reduce pay out from PYB than a full refund as it not ok to sell un claimable policies OR they would have to refund the insurance as well. In the latter case I wanted to make a seller complaint, with follow up. After 5/10 mins whilst the operator discussed the case with the complaints department, Amazon opted for the full refund of both items and the seller complaint. If PYB or London General Insurance Company Ltd want to contact me about this matter with an explanation I will happily edit this review.

Paid for an extended warranty using this company for a PC I purchased trough Amazon. The hard drive failed 10 days after the extended warranty was activated but this company were not interested at all in helping me fix the problem. Made it so difficult I gave up ! Do not waste your money like I did. Never use them again.
