Never answer the phone.
Firstly I'd be very weary of becoming a customer of this place as they never answer the phone so don't expect any kind of good service. Secondly they provided me with insurance with a company who does not appear to exist anywhere. I have searched on company house and found details of this supposed insurance provider and the registered address and number takes you to a second company that has been set up by the same people which deals in tech and not insurance itself. The whole thing seems very fraudulent and illegitimate. I suspect these are not real insurance brokers and that this entire business is a front for something dodgy. Do not trust them with any personal information whatsoever. I called them to speak about me being a potential victim of insurance fraud, asked for my conversation to be kept private and they disclosed all the information to the party I suspected could be conducting fraud.
