Worst insurance company I ever delt with in hurry to take Ur money in sec but need 6 Weeks to refund took trade insurance out cancel after 15days and they charge over 1000£!!? Stay away from them they call themself two names when u phone say different name!! Bad company and badly managed stay away
An absolute disgrace, unfortunately couldn't put lower than 1 star. They cancelled my insurance, not my fault so had to go elsewhere. Was without insurance for a few day's as a result while I sorted out new insurance. They reinstated the insurance without my consent and are now harassing me for money and threatening to send debt collectors in. They are a RIP OFF company. Avoid at all costs
Please do not spend your money or trust the offer of a policy with this appalling company. Even when you’ve been a customer for over 20 years, it means nothing. No focus or consideration for customer care or service. Management never call you back. Everything is always down to the customer being wrong. I really feel for the poor staff that have to pick up calls from dissatisfied customers. Whatever the saving, it’s just not worth it.
Very bad service, never insured through them, very bad service, avoid them, the worth broker on web stay away, ive been with them over 10 years, when contract finish they treat me very bad make me in stress,only to sort my problem with solicitors,
Been with them for 11 years always a problem to get to speak to them. Had to cancel policy within the 2 week cooling off period still waiting 6 weeks later for refund. Not interested just say they haven't had money back from insurer.
Horrible insurance company. Silly prices. Would avoid with a 10 foot pole and maybe a few inches!. They don't care about loyalty just money!. Spent 2 year's with them and will never go back
We've been with unicorn for years for our trade insurance, there ok takes forever to get through when you phone up if the phone lines were better then it would of been 5 stars,

Signed up to my first trade policy today after 2 weeks or asking questions, amending quotes, updating certain scenario's etc, and Charlotte did it with smiles the whole way through. Moments of ignorance on my behalf, laughed off and patted on back and explanations provided. Fantastic service, lots of cover on the policy and plenty of time to provide all necessary info for the next stages.
