I.just got my washing back today I used this service for years now. Hung my washing in my wardrobe and awful smell they sent my socks back without washing them and all my clothes were smelly Don't know why but. This is the second time in a couple of months
Firstly they used to be really good!! But what has happened? We actually travel to this laundrette mainly for ironing but today was the last. Firstly experience over the last three weeks has been very poor, first put ironing in give date collect arrived 15.30 to collect and shop was shut with a sign saying no water; what about collections? Next time handed ironing in on a Tuesday morning told it would be the following Monday" really" because they where busy but try phoning on the Sunday. Phoned Sunday had not been touched yet. Next occasion arrived on Saturday afternoon , told we are not taking ironing in because we have burst pipe, no applogy, sorry but they seem to have forgot they providing a service which we pay for which should include some sort of customer service.SHAME.
For the most part I have been satisfied with the service, but apparently if you take an item to them with specific instructions as to how you want it cleaned, and they say they can do that but then do something completely different and ruin it, it's "at your own risk" and they accept no responsibility for their own actions. I won't be using them again.
Great efficient service. Value for money. All the girls are friendly and so obliging. Nothing is a problem for them. Was in today picking up laundry a new girl was on. Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you.
The staff are very helpful. I managed to get 4 loads of washings done and dried in the space of 2 hours!! They have good prices as well. Vowed to just do a monthly laundry drop off from now on. It's so much easier than trying to keep up with the washings at home. I can't fit my duvet into the machine at home, and for only a little amount, I can drop it off to them in the morning, they will do it for me and it'll be ready to collect by the time I get home from work! Smashin!
these guys were the best, we would hand in our washing and go for lunch or get tattoo's done. they washed and dried our washing and folded it all up. they were very affordable and great to have a chat too. thank you all.
Absolutely shocking . My coat was damaged with no reasonable explanation on how this happened. Then i found out they send all dry cleaning out to 3rd party and don't dry clean in their own shop with no control on quality. Never again.
