They provided a clear quote up-front, along with a list of everything the clean would include. The cleaners that came on the day were on time, and got everything done within the time they said they would. Everything was done to a very high standard, and the cleaners were really friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

   Carly and her various team members have been great. We had a deep clean then an ongoing 2 or 3 hours every 3-4 weeks. As I am away a lot it's all very flexible. Carly is very well organised and ensures that her team match up to her own very high cleaning standards. Most recently Tracy has been a few times and leaves the place spotless. Everyone is very friendly, easy to speak to, quick to reply to messages and always very happy to help. I am very happy to totally recommend Carly and her team unreservedly for both regular and deep cleaning.
