   I recently dealt with Kofi on behalf of SS Domestic and Office Services that I used to do a full house clean of my property that I was moving out of. It required the highest of standards of cleanliness to ensure the house could be handed over without fault. Kofi did not disappoint and he and his team worked tirelessly, even late into the evening to get it spotless. This included an oven deep clean and carpet clean. We have a mainly white haired border collie who malts a lot and the carpets were really bad before the clean! No issues were raised when handing over the property, hence they did a great job and for a good price. Kofi was very friendly, helpful and professional. He came out the same day I called to enquire about a full house clean to evaluate and check the property for pricing. I was very reassured by his manner and trusted him to carry out the necessary work. I therefore left him to it during the day of cleaning with a set of keys and he locked up after he was finished, posting the keys back through the letter box. I wouldn't always entrust others in the same way but Kofi and the team were clearly very professional and I experienced no issues at all. Overall, an excellent service and I did reach out to two other cleaning companies; however SS were the only one to confirm straight away and flexibly offer to inspect the property ASAP. Great cleaning service - highly recommended.
