   Tenement cleaning! Taken on due to the extensive work they promised through a factor, repeatedly have had complaints made about them and to them, and still up to the same tricks mopping small areas and doing nothing else, caught again today they mopped the floor from the door to the bottom flat doors not to the back door, mopped the first level of stairs and a bit under the first window and nothing else not swept never mind mopped, the stairs were dry all the way to the top of the close. It’s the last time they will be cleaning this close, if the owner of the company can’t be bothered what’s the point! They will lose this contract for sure! Be aware if they think you don’t notice they'll do zero at all, it’s a disgrace with what they charge!

   Caldwell Cleaning have been cleaning the communal areas in our building for many years, always to a high standard. The cleaners and the owner of the Company are a pleasure to deal with, very helpful. I recently asked our factor if they could obtain a quote for a one off job, moving heavy objects from our bin shed up many flights of stairs. 5 weeks later the factor had still not provided a quote. I spoke with Brian from Caldwell and even though it wasn’t a cleaning job his cleaners agreed to do it. They moved the items at their next visit to the property. Much appreciated. Excellent service and happy to recommend.

   Very well run and professional company. All the staff are lovely and they really care about the job at hand. Caldwell have been cleaning our workspace for a while now and have completed a deep clean in our warehouse. We cannot fault them at all, and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
