   Unlike all of the positive reviews, our experience was not 5 star. Despite a good initial fact finding conversation, there was complete silence for a few days, which we found out later was due to the agent being on holiday (he didn’t advise in advance). We recontacted the agent by LiveChat and he said that he would be back to us later in the day. We did not hear back that day. We have sent two emails to follow up and have been completely ignored and ghosted. All very odd and disappointing.
