   I took in my dress to get altered, I wanted the dress taken in and taken up. I asked for a rough estimate price so I knew what to expect I was told that wouldn’t be possible I needed to wait until the work was done she couldn’t quote me. My mum received the text that my dress was ready around 2 weeks later and they had told her it would be £84 cash only. I tried the dress on and to my surprise the top of my dress is still far too big and gaping which leads me to think that the top of the dress has not been altered even though it was pinned when I left the shop. The dress has lots of extra material at the stomach where it’s supposed to be straight and snatched it is not. I would not recommend coming here and spending above average for some work to not even be done and quoting a price before hand.

   I took my bridesmaids dresses here a couple of weeks ago. When I put them in I was told it would be a week and was handed a card with the returned date. When I went to pick up my dresses, I was told I had told them there was no rush as I wasn't getting married till September. I had said that but also informed the girl I was having to put them in for alterations so would need them sharpish. I give the the launderette another week. When I picked them up I took them straight to my seamstress, who after taking a look found stains all over my bridesmaids dresses. When I spoke to the owner she was quite dismissive, said she was on holiday and it was her staff that washed them. Also said I handed the dresses in with stains on them, like it was ok they came back with stains. I've now had to take my dress else were to be dry cleaned. Will never go back as I was quite shocked with the manner in which the owner was speaking to me. It was like it was my fault the dresses had stains all over them. I found it weird as that was why they were in in the first place, plus if they couldn't get any stains out they should have informed me when I collected them. Not a good service.

   I recently had the pleasure of using the ironing and laundry service at Monklands Laundry Services and was blown away by the quality of service. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff were courteous and helpful, answering all of my questions and making sure I was comfortable with the process. I appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took with my clothes. The ironing service was particularly impressive. My clothes came back perfectly pressed and looked as good as new. I also used the laundry service and was very happy with the results. My clothes were clean, fresh-smelling, and neatly folded. The turnaround time was fast, and I was able to pick up some of my items the next day. Overall, I had a great experience with this laundry company and would highly recommend them to anyone. The convenience of dropping off my laundry and picking it up within a day or two was a real time-saver, and the quality of the work was exceptional. Thanks Hazel.
