Review of Noble Claims / DCL Insurance My experience with Noble Claims and their affiliated repair process has been extremely disappointing. After another driver hit me from behind, both the left and right sides of my rear were damaged. Despite this being clearly visible, Noble Claims only approved repair for the right side and I had to keep fighting them over the damage on the left. What made things even worse was the garage they sent me to. The vehicle went in with no windscreen damage at all, and afterward my Teslaβs windscreen came back cracked. The βbeforeβ photos make it obvious the windscreen was intact, and the βafterβ photos show the damage clearly happened while the car was in their care. Yet Noble Claims have not taken this seriously and are failing to follow up properly with the garage. This situation has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and further cost. It feels like the company shows no accountability for the repairers they choose, even when the damage occurs directly under their instruction. Based on my experience, I do not feel they treat customers fairly, nor do they handle claims with the level of responsibility or professionalism expected from an insurance partner. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious before using Noble Claims or DCL Insurance.
