The customer service is very bad and I had concerns the person kept hanging up without any solution to any of my concerns
Just picked up and delighted with the service. Dropped off 3 big bags of washing for a service wash yesterday morning. Collected today. First time using The Laundry Basket and would use again. Highly recommend Frank
Very convenient and excellent service. We gave them over 20kg of laundry and they washed, dried, folded everything with care and delivered on time. Would totally use their service again and we highly recommend it.
First time using this service so was a bit unsure but with a huge ironing bundle due to holidays & picking up a new puppy someone else doing the ironing seemed a great idea. From first contact to arrange a collection to our clothes etc being returned was excellent. We had t-shirts, tops (45 items) plus duvet, pillowcases, and 9 shirts which were all brought back on hangers & all items grouped & covered. Can not fault the workmanship at all, all was done to a high standard. Emails sent to let me know when collection & drop off driver was on the way. Paid online once work was completed. The gentleman who collected & returned the ironing was very pleasant. All in all a great service & I would not hesitate to use them again.

Agnes manager and the team are fantastic.could not be more helpful. I am there at times, 4 or 5 times weekly and they have hugely helped me ,constantly for the last 2 years at least.they certainly have helped make my life far easier.
