   I've used Wise insurance for many decades for buildings insurance. Catherine and Nick are so helpful and friendly whatever it is you need their help for. Their quotes are very reasonable, and they'll let you know if your policy needs updating. They were also helpful and patient with my neighbour when she bought her flat with her mortgage company asking endless questions. A professional service with a friendly attitude.

   My recent encounter with this company left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. Instead of receiving the professional service I expected, I was subjected to a barrage of insults and degradation directed not only at me but also at my esteemed colleagues. The conduct of the female director, who one would hope to be a champion for women in business, was nothing short of appalling. Rather than fostering an environment of empowerment and inclusivity, she chose to entertain her male colleagues at the expense of my dignity. To make matters worse, she openly referred to my colleagues and associates as "escorts" with a disturbingly casual smile on her face. I found this behavior not only offensive but completely unacceptable. It is disheartening to encounter such blatant bias and lack of professionalism in today's business world. I urge the company to reflect on its values and practices and to take meaningful steps towards creating a more respectful and inclusive environment for all individuals. No one should ever feel belittled or marginalized in any professional setting, and it is incumbent upon companies to ensure that such behavior is swiftly addressed and rectified. In light of my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to others. It is my hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the company to reassess its practices and prioritize respect and inclusivity moving forward.

   This company they sent me black box I didn’t receive it. And its gone back to the sender . Sameone they phone me and even I told them I didn’t have the black box. They canceled my policy. And they charge me 198.33 pounds out standing balance for black box .even I didn’t get the black box in my hand.and cancellation fee. They learned how to earn money easy way. Disgusting. Even they don’t deserve 1 star. They deserve 0000000 stars. Disgusting.

   My wife and I have been customers of Wise Insurance for over 20 years and have experienced nothing other than excellent advice and service. They are incredibly informative and helpful whenever you speak with them and any claims that we have had to make have been handled perfectly; quick, efficient and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you.

   I bought this insurance for my first car. I bought it on 10th of March. I was told, engineer will call me, when he can come and insinst a black box, so they could track how i am breaking, excalarating and etc. Nobody called me, but i gogot a text message that they will come on 2nd of April and install that black box ( if i wont install it they will cancel my inaurance and charge 75£ ) so engineer came, he installed it and everything was fine. On website i can see my points and so on. Today i received a letter that my insurance will be cancelled because i dont have a black box installed !?! The letter was sent to on 2nd of April. so i called them today, i was waiting on a line for 15 minutes, and basically, lady said that my insurance will be cancelled because i dont have black box. I said i have. Then i was waiting again, and lady said she updated something and i should call again tomorrow to confirm. I mean i dont have 1 hour free per day just to wait for somebody to speak with me about things that was done by them. Very dissapointed ! Very bad communication within the company.

   Worst company ever! They cancel my insurance after 2 weaks without telling me the reason and they charged me 140£! Last time when i have something with this company!
