Very recently it was Gina - who responded very promptly to my email about an issue and gave very clear and helpful guidance on the telephone and then by email. She was similarly extremely quick to deal with and transfer funds towards the work that needed to be done, after receiving the quote for dealing with the matter. Thank you very much.

   November 2022 - Meopham & Sevenoaks Branch - I do not believe in reviews but felt I needed to share my honest feedback. NfU have continued to be our main insurers for over 20 years, we stay for one reason only - complete satisfaction. Other insurers offer deals, but as many of us have found with the energy suppliers recently, it does not pay to get bucket deals. NFU are consistent, price is compatible compared to service and delivery, they look after their Customers and deliver, giving a security unheard of in the insurance pond. We recently dealt with Ben based at Meopham and Sevenoaks, efficient, professional, quick, understood our needs intuitively, attention to detail, asset to NFUs already solid reputation, Thank you Ben. All the Agents go above and beyond regardless of profit/sales.

   I know that it is possible to get cheaper quotes for your insurance needs but where NFU score big time is that they are incredibly friendly, helpful and extremely professional. An example of this was Jennifer Warnett, who spent ages on the phone with me recently and squirrelling away behind the scenes to make sure that I got the very best deal possible in swapping over my car, which was much appreciated. I could go on but suffice to say that I have great confidence in NFU, we place all our insurance through them and I would (and do) recommend NFU to my friends and colleagues.

   I have been with this agency of NFU for a few years now - always an exceptional and friendly service. Spoke with Jennifer today to remove a vehicle from my multi car policy. When I was with a different company this would have cost £25 per change of vehicle, driver etc. Now, it’s all included in their professional service. Once you deal with guys, you’ll never move! Promise you.
