Great venue, easy to book. Staff (especially Barbara) were very helpful throught the whole process. We hired the Oak room for a kids party. Good space with access to the garden. We could fit in a bouncy castle. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of parking.

The Bath Deaf Club Association holds its social activities at Weston Hub 6 times a year. The Hub has just the right facilities for us - kitchen, hall and toilets and car park, and we have always found the All Saints team very helpful with bookings etc. Communication is always good, even if we have "out-of-hours" queries. Prompt email replies are received. It's usually clean & tidy when we arrive and any small queries are quickly ironed out. It's very good value for money and we would recommend it to others :)

Very well equipped centre. The kitchen would equal a restaurant for equipment.

A great, multi-purpose facity, with secure (barrier arm) parking. Always has different groups running, and has a great basketball court outside.

I have to speak about the 103 childcare club within this building. I have tried to find them online but they don't seem to be as visible as other credited childcare providers, which is also a concern as you can't find other people's experiences or ratings. Two of my children came here for the summer holidays club 2021. Their first day everything seemed okay, not greatly exciting for the children but okay. The second day was a little strange as I collected them as the staff complained that I picked them up on time and requested that in future I collected them half an hour earlier at 5.30 instead of 6pm as advertised and paid for. I brushed off the comments as them having a particularly long day in the heat in a small establishment with a few children. But before our next session we had a complaint from the 103 club through another organisation, bath area play project. The complaint stated that one of my children had become upset at lunchtime and that 103 club had not been able to make contact with me or an emergency contact all day. Now I have two children with additional needs, I am NEVER unavailable when my children aren't in my company. Even if my phone was engaged briefly, I have a working voice mail and can receive text messages and emails. None of which I had received, and nothing of the sort was discussed at our last pick up. I discussed the complaint with both of my children who were confused by the claims. Now, with two children with additional needs unfortunately I am used to missed communication so I decided to leave it until our next session to discuss in person so there wasn't anymore confusion. On arrival I asked to speak to them at the end of the session when there was less children around to discuss what had been said but I was asked to come in to the property in that moment while my toddler stayed with me and my two eldest entered the group. I spoke with one member of staff who seemed confused by the information I had received so called over the other member of staff. The other member of staff became extremely confrontational, and denied the claims. I had to remind her a number of times that there were children around in the next room who could see and hear us, and also a child (my toddler) stood at our feet, with that comment she became very offensive and said that "they were doing me a favour as I'm not exactly working at the moment". An assumption she had made all on her own. My other children who had entered the group became concerned by the sense so started to pop their heads around the door concerned for my welfare. With that she shouted that she thinks I should gather my children and leave. Which of course I was happy to do! There is no chance that I was happy to leave my children in an establishment that claims to one party that they couldnt contact me about my child with additional needs for 6 hours, but denies it to me. I am aware that my children come with big issues and can be hard to handle, speciallyif you do not know them, but if that was the case that could of been discussed and worked with. But there is no chance that I am allowing an organisation to deny and blame our family for things that didn't happen because they can't be honest with themselves about their own difficulties as a company. Safe to say that I will never be using this establishment again and won't be recommending it to anyone either. We shall just stick to super pirates unbeatable service in the future.
