I found great difficulty in completing a trust form for Joint Life Assurance for my wife and myself so I contacted the agency, Future Proof Limited, that had been dealing with the policy for assistance and a lady called Phoebe Weir came to my rescue. She went slowly through the form explaining and, in some cases, re-explaining what was required in each section. I am very grateful to Phoebe for her patience and understanding and I would highly recommend Future Proof Limited for having such excellent Customer Service.
