After my parents died on there bank statement they had been paying £12 a month plus for hospital insurance with this company. I rang them ask what they had been paying for, they told me we can’t speak with you only your parents.
Don't know who they are but know they fall down on telling the date/time/reason for moving and dudnt let me know the new number or address. Also do t tell until ages after that it is now AIG, who seem only to be an Americab Company.
staff were very helpful. payment was quickly paid. BUT i was doing these 2 claims for my brother in law age 83. He had been paying in for years, but a broken hip AND a broken arm (2 separate injuries) only paid out £166.67 and £66.67. if he had saved the money he paid in he would have had a lot more money in his pocket. personally i felt it was poor a payout
This Company do not pay out. I have been with them for 30 years, believing I was covered for a Hospital stay if over 24 Hours (it is called Hospital Plan!) went into hospital for 24 hours in September put in a claim, they did not pay. Had to go into hospital for major surgery for a week in January and readmitted for another week at end of January due to an infection, phoned today told I can not claim.
Very quick settlement would recommend
This company will take your money for years then when and if they need to pay out this will not happen after 29 days in hospital our mum past away . Broken hip , 29 days in hospital , past away then the company paid out £100 pound then £25 bonus for it being the first claim. They change the rules when they feel like it . Dont go with this company
