Appalling company. There was no transparency in billing, staff were rude and never answered the phone. The fees were disgusting and they made a lot of mistakes in both my statements and in the handling of our court order. I would recommend you do not use them, and if you do, make sure you demand a daily update on costs.
Quoted £3,500 for a land purchase conveyancing. Lost the site in the end as the deadline for completion ran out. But end up paying VWV over £17k in fees. Whole experience of failure cost us over £60k WOW
