The worst communication I've ever had. Went to see Luigi to obtain my Italian passport. He took £145 from me in cash and told me to wait about 10 weeks for delivery. Well...it's been a year and 4 months (booked in April 2024). I don't usually write bad reviews but when the person who takes your money completely ignores your voice messages, text messages and emails for over a year about a service they're supposed to have provided, you get a bit frustrated. I've seen quite a lot of other bad reviews about this consulate and he seems to like replying and giving some attitude back. Perhaps this is the way to get your attention Luigi. Where is my passport? If you forgot about me or simply just forgot, that's fine, we're all human. Just do the decent thing and return my communication. I want my money back
I had an excellent experience with Luigi and the staff at the Bristol consular branch. Saved me the trip to London and not only the renewal passport service is efficient I also discovered the multitude of service they provide and will seek advice in the future. They deal with a lot of people but nothing is too much and they are kind to the most demanding of us. Bravo!

Excellent service. My kids had their renewed passports two and half weeks after visiting the consulate. Mine took a bit longer (around 10 weeks), but overall we saved a lot of time and money because we didn't have to travel all the way to London.
