   Great for budget buying. The staff are always helpful but my major issue is that the separator things at the checkouts (those small bars to show the next customer's items are on the conveyor belt) are absolutely disgusting. They need to be cleaned properly and the stickers used on them replaced frequently. I am not exaggerating when I say you could scrape the dirt off some of them.

   Because I am disabled I was in an electric scooter. I wanted bedside lamps. I asked a young assistant to help me which she did and then carried them for me to the tlll to pay. The girl at the till also helped me enormously and packed my bag for me so all in all I would give the staff a huge 4 out of 5 and a huge thank you. Allison Wilson. Airdrie. For the Airdrie store.

   I wasn't happy to see dead and dying plants outside still for sale. The same dead plants were there for several days. I have managed a store similar and that would not be acceptable. It's a very poor first impression. I also noticed mouldy sandwiches in the food bank collection basket at the front door. Gives off sloppy vibes.

   Needed some furniture but couldn't find it. The first store person I asked was not very helpful. Just said they worked on tills, and if not upstairs, then they wouldn't have any, and we couldn't order online. The second person was totally different and went above and beyond looking for it in other stores and then went and asked manager who located what we were looking for and put behind tills for us. I couldn't see a name badge to mention her on here as she deserves recognition for being outstanding but the manager will know who she is and hopefully thank her again for us as we spent a lot of money in there today and if it hadn't been for her today we would have taken our custom elsewhere

   Nice discount shop filled with all sorts of needful and seasonal goods for house and personal use. Staff are really friendly and helpful...prices are great and quality is pretty decent.
