They claimed that the wine bottles I had insured with them and that all got broken during the removal were actually not insured, sending me a contract clause without any relevance in order to refuse paying. When I object, they just don't reply. This company cannot be trusted!

Like many other real reviews of this company, it has taken ages to get an update on an outstanding claim with this company. I submitted all the information months ago and my agent, Delia, continues to say "Thank you for your email. As discussed, we are currently reviewing the documentation. Thank you and kind regards." It's frustrating that I cannot receive a timeline even - I hope this review encourages others to go elsewhere and save yourself the headache in dealing with these people. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I went with them for coverage. 2 expensive lamps were broken while in transit, Fedex has admitted fault, and I'm now waiting on this company to do their months-long review. W K Webster please just give me a valid update and my money for the coverage. -- This is a follow-up to my previous review. This "insurance" company may be a fraud. I received a formal letter from Fedex confirming their responsibility for the broken package and this insurance company has "deemed otherwise" from their review and believe it was the fault of the owner. After all documents submitted and with the 2 formal documents from Fedex this is such a joke of a company and their policies. It takes years to get a a "no coverage" quote. Honestly everyone go elsewhere for insurance.

Beware of insurance rip off. I've used this company via Santa Fe, multiple items were broken, they will not pay the fair amount to even cover the value of then insurance. I've had over 50.000 in damages and received as a compensation 700 dollars. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM.
