    Went into store in Motherwell, generally we never have any problems. But on this occasion we got £1200 into euros (1350 return.) We counted to double check as the staff member made a mistake “sorry I’ve short changed you 100” she counted infront of us as normal but didn’t feel like she counted it correctly. So we checked ourselves. We were missing 20 euros. Called up and said nothing we can do.
