Not a good place to go. They refuse to buy most things for very little reason. Seems like they only want brand new goods.
Don't expect anywhere near what you expect when selling them items. Even something I sold them, which cost £140 and was brand new and never opened, all they offered was £20. However, it's a decent place to sell electronics or whatever you don't use anymore and some of the items they sell are good deals, even though they are 2nd hand. Staff are polite.

Note to the Branch Manager. Although pleased with Gretsch Guitar purchase and price it was displayed in the window in a very dirty condition i.e fingermarks grease spots, spittle etc. Fortunately it cleaned up ok by me the purchaser with some polish. Really if you are selling a quality instrument as this is, presentation is important as a selling point to any customer. Surely some of the lads in this branch have some spare time to clean and present better on this issue? As a retired Retail Manager this would be noted as a priority.
