Worst cash gen in the area, “selling” the same completely over priced stuff for months on end. No one is buying it because it’s the same price as new or in some cases even more expensive than new. Big cash items that you need details on like pcs and gaming laptops don’t have any details or labels to show specs and smaller items are not paired with the correct power supplies. Overall very poor
Bought my camera back and was told that I would get all the equipment back with it. When I went to pick it up I was told that they would need find my equipment and to phone back the next day, when I phone back they told me that they couldn’t find the equipment and wound not compensate for my stuff, this means the camera strap, bag, charger and lens protectors are missing. As I bought it back after 28 days.
terrible service, agreed a price online and asked before I got there (1.5 hour round trip) if boxed and such advised yes got there and the phone had no box or charger or lead absolute waste of time and I would say make sure you get pics and everything before you make the trip
Place is a laughing stalk i got offered £15 for a warren james swarovski 9ct gold necklace, bracelet and earings. Its worth £169 bought new and that dosent include the price of the earrings . Avoi d this place like the plague
Wouldn't buy technology out of this store, just got a phone compatible controller and you would be lucky if it works on about 5 games. Went to get a refund and was right out refused, told exchange or credit note. Then I noticed I was charge £20; instead of £10 on the price tag and was refused a refund on the mistake their staff made! Ridiculous! Wont be back! Edit 1 - Just in the store again yesterday to buy xbox360 games and thought I would give them a second chance. But wouldn't you know, was getting charged £5 for 4 £1 games and the lassie was adamant they were £1.99 each, so when I pointed it out ahe says the same thing as the last time "They were ticketed wrong" so tough luck this time, I was still at the till and hadn't paid. This time I dodged getting ripped off!
You might find a gem in here due to the inability of their staff to understand what they are selling but don't expect a fair price for anything you sell to them. Make sure if you put something in for buyback that it's something you don't mind breaking because chances are you'll be paying for the bits back from them and for the pleasure of having them blame you for it. Plus interest. Don't waste your time here, there are better stores run by smarter people who will actually place value in what you have. Avoid at all costs.
Buying from here is a complete waste of money. They repeatedly buy in and sell items that are completely broken, and refuse to refund them as they say once you leave the store with it they aren't obligated to care anymore. The staff have no idea what they are doing, and either do not know or do not care how to appraise or test items properly. I've honestly never seen a store run so badly stay open this long, I'm almost convinced they are surviving entirely off of money they have refused to refund to dissatisfied customers.
