   We were very pleased with our experience at Ramsden's of Clydebank. The staff were all very friendly and polite. There was no pressure to make a purchase. Stuart arranged for a piece of jewellery to be brought from another branch for us to see. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Debbie was very helpful, without being the slightest "pushy". The other members of staff were also very friendly and pleasant.Thank you .

   I tried to send money to Iraq and she was very rudely told me that I can't send money to my country as she was acting like my country isn't even existed and I see that as very racist and it shouldn't be like that to anyone
