The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. From the top down (Jim Robinson), a complete lack of respect and no customer service at all. I have subsequently got better cover from a reputable broker at nearly half the price. I will be reporting this company to Financial Ombudsman Service, as I believe they have breached numerous rules within their Financial services sector. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!
