   We have used The Flower Room for many years to order flowers for delivery. This time the flowers were as always exceptional quality, what wasn’t great was they were left on the doorstep. Usually if the recipient isn’t home they have been taken in by a neighbour. Fortunately one of the neighbours saw the van drive away and came out to check. The bouquet could have been damaged if they hadn’t done so. Hopefully this was a one off glitch from an otherwise usually excellent service.

   Whether you are busy or not could you please be a bit more compassionate when a grieving customer comes in to ask for a wreath! My mum is very upset, she didn’t know you wouldn’t deliver to a church, she was made to feel as if she was a bother and wasting your time because she didn’t know the proper address to send it to. For your information, a florist in Bellshill were more than happy to phone round to make sure the flowers got delivered to the right place. If you can’t offer this service at least be a little more gentle to people like my mum who not only has depression but has lost a close member of her family.

   I live in Canada and my aunt in the USA. Both of us use this wonderful flower shop at least once to twice a year. They never disappoint us with the wonderful arrangements they deliver. This year I added a balloon which was a nice added touch. They have the website that we can use to place our order fast and easy. You will not be disappointed with using this location. Wonderful customer service.

   This was my first time using this florist and, as it was for my friend's 60th birthday, was a tad nervous. I needn't have worried. The flowers were absolutely lovely and, more importantly, my friend was delighted with them. Would highly recommend.

   My wife passed away recently, and I had to arrange the flowers. I chose the Flower Shop because looking in the window it looked beautiful and my wife would have said that's the one. Shop is immaculate, displays in window are well looked after. But the staff are even better, very supportive and helpful. Was very surprised at the over all cost of my flowers, was happy and expecting to pay premium prices for the level of service and the quality, cost a third less than family had paid at other shops. Flowers were perfect, so nicely done. Cannot recommend the Flower Shop enough
