   Absolutely delighted with the flowers I ordered. I have used Designer Flowers previously and have always been happy with the bouqets. I had to order in a rush one day, and the staff were more than helpful to put together the flowers I needed.

   I would strongly advise against using this florist. What my partner’s mother received (see attached photo) for the anniversary of her daughter’s passing was nothing short of appalling. The arrangement looked as though it had been thrown together by someone with no experience or understanding of floristry. When my partner returned it to the shop, she was met with a young staff member who laughed at the situation an incredibly insensitive and inappropriate reaction, especially given the emotional significance of the occasion. This behaviour was both unprofessional and deeply disrespectful. I hope the business owner takes this seriously and speaks to their staff about the importance of empathy and basic human decency qualities that were clearly lacking in this experience

   Popped in on Saturday, and they managed to help me out with an urgent order when my usual florist couldn't. My wife was next door in Luxe, getting her hair done for our anniversary dinner, and they managed to assemble the flowers and deliver to her in under 30 minutes. Thank you so much. She was delighted, and I'll definitely be using this florist again.

   Sadly seems to be short in the basic good manners department. In fact in my opinion ignorant, so I don't recommend them.

   Ordered 3 corsages for wedding OMG what a mess a total disgrace . When I called shop to complain all the manager could say WELL no one else has complained before .She never asked to bring them back down to see if she could fix them and then was told to have a nice day and then put phone down on me.my husband had to take them up to Michael florist in bellshilll to fix which he was more than happy for small fee NOT £60 pounds so I would not advise anyone to buy flowers from this shop thank goodness Michael in bellshilll was there to help thank you Michael flowers

   Hi. Myself and my family have ordered flowers from this shop many times over the years, they even done ours and her sisters wedding but itI feel theyve lost they're way a bit with regards to quality in comparison to price. Ordered flowers for my anniversary, only paid £35 and I wish I had just with my first idea when I was in marks on the Saturday morning and they had beautiful big bouquet for 20 quid, however I thought, go to the shop down the road, they're a florist, There's will be better. Was a bit perturbed at being told 3.3 miles away from the shop was not local and had to pay a fiver delivery but I just accepted it. Paid it and thought the delivery etc will be better. What was actually delivered was on a par with a five quid bunch of carnations from Asda. To make things worse her mother came over on the Sunday with the same bunch I had picked up in marks the day before and totally dwarfed the poor offering from "designer flowers" so much so that we put them on the front window ledge and just put the delivery into the spare room. I called up on Monday morning to express my unhappiness only to be told as much too bad mate... nae luck. Maybe I should not have expected too much for only £35 or should not have went into marks and then have a visual for comparison but previously using this shop before I know they used to be good. just Nowadays it appears they only care about profits by the looks. Not very happy ☹️ no be going back . Incidentally her mum and sister both agreed. No be back Either.
