   RIP OFF!!! DONT USE!!! My husband ordered me b day flowers £50 plus delivery . What I received was in no way worth that ! 3 roses 2 stalks of small lilly and some small white Pom Pom flowers.He arrived home from abroad the next day and was he very disappointed. I received 11 bouquets of flowers and his were in the less impressive category ! We complained ..customer service ..zilch ..

   My elderly Mum ordered a small bouquet of flowers for my silver wedding. She wouldn’t tell me how much she spent, it was maybe about £25 or so which is not going to get much I know but what they sold her was pathetic & not even fresh, you could get better in a petrol forecourt. I wouldn’t have paid £10 for them & my poor Mum was so embarrassed & said she was sorry she didn’t say anything at the time. Will never use or recommend them.

   My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine’s Day he paid £51 for what was supposed to be 6 red roses with gypsophilia and Ruscas foliage . Instead I received was basically 6 withered roses on their own with a small branch of green foliage . I Would NOT recommend this florist . When I rang up the shop and explained I was unhappy I was told it was not their problem and to call interflora . I told him (the sales assistant ) it’s them who made the flower arrangement !! if you can call it that ! so they are responsible he wasn’t one bit interested . Would love to be able to upload a photo to show what I received . I’m 1000% sure no one would beleive what was delivered to me . TERRIBLE .

   I ordered a spray of flowers for my mother's funeral. Absolutely awful. A similarly priced spray from another florist had about twice as many flowers. The one from this florist was mostly foilage. I asked for Iris's but was told they were out of season. Funny how all the other Florists managed to find them. I will never ever use this Florist again. Terrible. Thank you for your reply but I do not wish to take up your offer of a complimentary bouquet. I do not deny there was a selection of various flowers in the spray but of all the sprays sent on the day this one was the least attractive and for £70 was very disappointing. I'm sorry you do not agree and are using COVID-19 as an excuse. Also every other spray contained Iris, I even managed to buy some myself in Tesco. Perhaps you should review your suppliers. Please do not post a reply. I have written this as a warning to others.

   Family in Australia tried to order a plant for a birthday present, no shop had any available. This florist sent a bouquet of flowers instead as they didnt want me going without. This was much appreciated as the flowers were above the price range of the plant. Lovely arrangement and very unique. The only negative point is that the flowers did not come with any water which would have been a nice touch.

   Ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers via online, I live in Belfast and within an hour, the bouquet was delievered to the recipient in Giffnock, I also rang to confirm my order and the gentleman whom I spoke to, was so friendly and extremely helpful. The bouquet of flowers itself, were absolutely beautiful, i couldn't have been more pleased, Thank you, especially during these trying times, I would highly recommend Your Florist. Autumn, Belfast, Northern Ireland.

   Ordered a £50 bouquet to be delivered for my wife and I first wedding anniversary. They arrived yesterday and they were not what i expected, I requested roses in bright colour's red/purple/pink, there were 3 red roses and various other flowers pretty much flung in and not even cut to size as some flowers in middle of bouquet were sitting higher than outer flowers, the over presentation was terrible and some flowers were bent. I could have purchased a nicer bouquet from local supermarket for £10. I was offered if i were to purchase in future some extra flowers, I'm very sorry but i will not be using this florist ever again. There is no reply after your message so i am adding in here. Whether the flowers had lillies it would of made no difference, the standard and presentation of the flowers was extremely poor. Yes i made it clear to you when i spoke to you that a previous florist i used locally wasnt great and i was hoping this time round it be better which turned out to be worse. I would put the flowers you sent into the same category as supermarket flowers. The fact you have not even taken note that flowers were damaged and the presentation was poor just shows the level of customer service i have received here.
