Lovely flowers but the women who served me seemed to be making up the prices as they went. I don’t underestimate their knowledge of their own flowers, however, I don’t believe two alstroemeria added an extra £7 to the cost of my bouquet.
My friend had ordered a bouquet for my birthday and the wrong one was sent. She contacted the shop and they have just turned up with the proper one, us another one to apologise for the mix up. Absolutely beautiful flowers, they smell amazing also. Customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be using this company in the future. Thank you very much.
Great care and attention was given to making a beautiful bouquet for me to gift a friend. The request was at short notice during a busy time when it would have been easier for the seller if I took something already made. She was patient and thoughtful and did a lovely job.

Great florist! I ordered a table arrangement for my parents ruby anniversary dinner from here. The flowers were beautiful, great value, and the service was excellent. Would recommend using this florist and I will certainly be using them in future. Thanks again!
Should've listened to the bad reviews and went somewhere else. The Flower & Plant Co website is not the same company as the Flower Station shop at Central Station in Glasgow. Best avoid this website. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on Friday because their website states "next day nationwide delivery if you order before 6pm". This just isn't true. Next day delivery would have been Saturday, I wanted them to arrive on Sunday. The florist told me their courier couldn't get them delivered until the Monday. Charging customers £7 for a next day delivery service that cannot be provided is unacceptable. They offered a box of chocolates in compensation. My advice to the company - try paying for a decent courier instead. You're certainly charging enough for delivery.
Do not use. Ordered several corsages for a wedding 4 days in advance. Lady was very unhelpful with colours and options. Arrived to collect them and was told they weren’t ready. They hadn’t even started making them yet as had written down the time incorrectly. Missed 2 trains home and considered leaving it altogether as was running so late by this point. Ended up with a yellow flower instead of pink, but no time to get it changed. No discount offered. Would not recommend.
