   I had ordered 4 x £30 bouquets from Kathleen to be presented at our AGM to 2 serving female British Armed Forces personnel and 2 females who support our Armed Forces and our RCT Riders Branch of the RASC & RCT Association. The bouquets were, in the words of one of the recipients, "absolutely gorgeous". Kathleen had the bouquets ready to go on the day we arrange and as I walk with crutches, had her son help me out to my car with them. Kathleen goes above and beyond to give you the best. This was my first time using Kabloom but it will certainly not be the last. THANK YOU Kathleen from me, all my branch members and the 4 ladies asked me to pass on their personal THANK YOU. I'll be seeing you again soon.

   I can't recommend Kathleen at Kabloom enough. My initial dealing with her was friendly and professional and I was very impressed with the service. She offered to send me a photograph of the finished bouquet so I could see what the recipient would recieve. It was beautiful. These flowers were then delivered without me realising the recipient was actually on holiday for a week. This was my error and when I called Kathleen to find out what neighbour they had been left with she went over and above to rectify this for me... a mistake which was not her fault. She offered to have the flowers picked back up and a new bouquet sent out the following week when she would be there to receive them. I really was not expecting this level of care, service and understanding from her and honestly can't thank Kathleen enough for this kind gesture. All in all, if you visit Kabloom not only will you get beautiful flowers... you will get fantastic customer service to go with them. Thanks again!
