Rang up to find out progress of my son, to be told by a receptionist that the solicitor who I asked for as my son is in Bristol Crown court on 16.12.2022 isn't back from his or hers vacation so I asked a simple question...who is representing my so ? Not to be told The lady on the phone was very rude tried to talk down to me , it was like being told by a headmaster , appuauling service as this company mainly deals as a "Duty solicitor" to the police cells
I am only at the point in my case where I have just put in my not guilty at crown cort in bristol, but it is a serious change that has been brought against me and canot even get Nicolas J Clough to return my calls to give me advice never minde meat in person to discuss my serious charges, they seem to be completely indifferent to the fact that I need help and have just cast me adrift in a system that I could have no hope of expressing my very valid points in the correct manner to the court, let alone even bothering to finde out why I finde myself in the position I am . Really must conclude that they are inept ore are just incompetent, dose not bode well for the innocent amongst us .
