   Vijay was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to sort out my mortgages. I wasn’t sure if what I was looking to do would be possible, but Vijay clearly mapped out a Plan A, B & C. I’ve been able to keep my current property as an investment, and raise funds to purchase a new home, more suitable for me and my family. Vijay did a lot of leg work and kept me updated throughout the process, and although we had to tweak our Plan A slightly, due to our first lender, we still manged to achieve my aims. This approach was better than having no pathway in place. Vijay was prompt, robust and quick to provide very clear feedback to questions. I’m most grateful for all the help and would highly recommend Vijay and his team at Crystal Financial Solutions.

   I was truly impressed with the service provided by Ash. As someone who initially dreaded the thought of having to go through a mortgage process, I found Ash extremely knowledgeable, personable and reassuring. His ability to tailor the service provided to one’s circumstances is outstanding. He really takes the time to understand your needs as a client and goes above and beyond what is normally expected to meet them. Ash was extremely fast, thorough and his ‘can do’ attitude made the entire process less stressful than expected. He laid out the process clearly from the beginning and we debriefed at every step as often as necessary. He was always prompt in updating us and getting things done, we never felt we had to chase up. I have rarely seen such outstanding service and I feel fortunate to have worked with Ash in such a significant life decision. Highly recommended!!
