   Working with Kellye has been absolutely amazing. Our case wasn’t straightforward, but Kellye knew the lending criteria inside out and guided us with such confidence and care. She helped us choose exactly the right lenders, and thanks to her expertise we received two mortgage offers — one for our first property (which unfortunately fell through due to the seller), and another for the home that has now truly become ours. Throughout the entire process, Kellye was patient, clear, and incredibly supportive. She always explained every step, kept us informed, and made everything feel manageable, even when things became stressful. Her help with arranging insurance was also highly appreciated — she thought through all the details we wouldn’t have considered ourselves. I honestly believe we wouldn’t be in our new home today without her. I can’t recommend Kellye enough!

We've also got her going forward for when things come up for renewal, which is great because she's amazing. Lovely woman and incredible what she does. Highly recommend.

   Kellye was so helpful and patient with my partner and I while exploring mortgage rates and just overall understanding the process for buying our first home. We had so many questions that Kellye always happily answered, and got our mortgage rate reduced twice while we were waiting for exchange.    Kellye has been absolutely fantastic in arranging our re-mortgage. We contacted Pilgrim as we were very concerned about the potential cost of re-mortgaging if we waited for our current fixed rate to come to an end. She ended up working in to the evening to make sure our application was submitted in time as she had been informed that the rate was about to increase.
