    I ordered flowers for my wedding from James Taylor. I needed 18 centrepieces, 4 bouquets and 10 buttonholes. My mum and I were making the flower arrangements ourselves so I relied quite heavily on Richard and Jamie for advice. Some of the things that made the service so good was Richard emailed me back and forth and advised when the best days were to come in and see their range. I went early on a Wednesday morning and wow they had such beautiful flowers. The team helped me calculate how many flowers I would need and they gave me a price quickly. They also didn’t take a deposit off me even though I ordered a significant amount. To top things off, they delivered my flowers to the wedding venue very early the day before my wedding. This meant my mum and I had all day to prepare. The night before delivery I realised I forgot to order tape for my bouquets, I emailed the team very late at night asking if they could include this in my order and there it was. Thank you so so much for all of your help. You have no idea how much I really appreciate it x

    Ordered flowers for my daughter's wedding. The florist on making the bouquet that afternoon comentated on the poor quality especially the hydrangea that was already disintegrating. I e-mailed the company with my complaint over 1 week ago and as yet I'm still waiting for a reply. Would not recommend using this supplier
